Yes, flat purchases with internal installments are possible. Installment terms vary by developer, usually lasting until project completion. During this period, we handle communications and payments to the developer on your behalf.
On whose behalf are contracts concluded with the developer and/or any other person?
Contracts are concluded on your behalf. If your physical presence is required, we prepare a power of attorney allowing us to represent you.
Is it necessary to come to Georgia to buy real estate?

Who determines the price and quality of renovation materials? Can I participate in the renovation process and make decisions?
You determine the price and quality of renovation materials. While we offer good quality materials, you can opt for higher quality if desired. You'll receive weekly updates and photos to track the renovation progress.
